JOB MISSION
Core focus is centered on building efficiencies and maintaining brand identity for all customer touch points, streamlining customer feedback, collect and analyze customer feedback and competition to represent the “voice of the customer” for the team. Customers from the USA.

Responsibilities
· Manage current user requests and feedback and provide the team with the insights on regular basis
· Work on process improvement, including the transition to automated ticketing system
· Manage potential content and business collaborations
· Measure client satisfaction rates via conducting interviews, launching surveys etc.
· Demonstrates analytical and strategic thinking to impact growth
· Partner with the Operations team to resolve any processing and data issues
· Improves internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools

Requirements
· Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
· Native-level verbal and written English (or very close to it)
· You are friendly, professional, and know how to take care of and be responsible for your customers
· Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Quick learning ability, discovery of problems and organization of solutions, identification of problems, determination of root causes
· Experienced CRM and Excel user
