Active Cosmetics Brands of L’Oréal Group (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals)

We’re looking for a strong manager who will sustain Active Cosmetics Brands of L’Oréal Group leadership on the market, pioneering new trends and implementing even more new practices in digital communications.

What do we expect from you?
Full digital communication management: SMM (owned, earned, paid), content creation, paid social media, influencer marketing, reputation management, internal communications.

Key projects and responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Management (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Telegram etc)
• Develop long-term social media strategy
• Plan & create content with agency (texts, photos, videos, etc)
• Work with community (moderators and agencies coordination)
• Cooperate with e-com and digital managers, brand and marketing teams
• Analyze numeric results
• Daily monitoring of influencers’ market and social media tools & innovations

2.Influencer strategic management
• Develop and execute annual animation plans
• Develop creative send-outs, event, events, blog tours, co-create content, IGTVs, etc
• Social commerce

3. Internal communications
• Plan & create content for internal news platform (incl. articles editorials)
• Manage tech & IT agency

4. Paid media campaigns
• Plan & execute media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc)

5. SERM
• Sources: e-retailers, one-to-one consultation in owned channels, whatsapp chats
• Enlarge data base with F.A.Q., creating data base with ready-to-go routines
• Coordinate community managers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both Russian and English)
• English Upper-Intermediate
• Strategic mindset, ability to analyze and evaluate information
• Knowledge of digital and social media landscape, understanding of key principles of building a community
• Successful experience of building and working with community (portfolio is a plus)
• Knowledge of influencers’ market in Russia, influencers’ metrics & KPIs
• Successful experience of communication with influencers and bloggers
• Strong organizational skills- ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
• High speed of work combined with out of the box thinking
