No branches, no queues, no annoying paperwork – all services shall be provided over the Internet and smartphone apps with strong digital support, and exceptional customer support. Ease of use and convenience for client are our top priorities.

We have a vibrant team of specialists who arrived from diverse set of industries – from mobile carriers to top banks and e-commerce companies.

This team needs Head of PR to build the Bank’s long term image and reputation through innovative and aligned external and internal communications. The main purpose of the job is to support the business goals in building brand love and equity for Touch Bank brand to support business goals, drive market share and penetration, protecting and proactively building reputation externally.

If you are wicked smart B2C PR pro, familiar with finance and consumer-tech sector, love technology, passionate about opportunities that Internet and mobile apps provide to customers and can come up with a creative angle to make anything sizzle – you might be a fit.

In this role you will lead and manage a complex set of responsibilities that run the gamut of cutting edge PR.

Develop and implement PR strategy & plans.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, digital, product, IT&technology and operation teams to develop stand-out, seamlessly integrated PR concepts, create key messages and assets around products and initiatives and improve media relevancy and newsworthiness to products and concepts.
Act as a communications generalist in all communications disciplines, especially in media relations incl. digital PR (proven track record required), key influencers relations, issues management and employee communications.
Develop key media relations incl. life style, industrial, bloggers, SN communities etc., delivering structured engagement which support Bank’s business priorities.
Run PR campaigns from start-to-finish. Create and execute events for journalists and/or consumers, manage digital PR & special projects and activities, perform PR campaign digital analytics and performance analysis.
Build up a spoke person pool and provide regular media training.
Draft all media/press materials, business updates and newsletters, speech writing, employee roundtables, customer testimonials, webcasts, webchats, quotes, award applications, e-interview responses for the Bank
Maintain internal relations with PR dpt. of HQ & OTP Bank Russia
Develop internal communications (in cooperation with HR)
Manage PR (and other) agencies & budgets

Ideal candidate & desired competencies:

Experienced PR into finance / e-commerce or consumer-tech / telecom with strong understanding of digital PR&SMM, consumer messaging and brand reputation.
Excellent communicator, able to communicate clearly and concisely to a wide variety of audiences, making complex, detailed, data driven, projects simple.
Strategic thinker with strong judgment and ability to think about high-level priorities, but willing to roll-up your sleeves and get involved in the details.
Self-navigated, able to work independently, result & delivery focused but also flexible (able to reprioritize effectively and come up with alternative solutions).
Responsible, hardworking, organized and tolerant to stress. Able to create and manage plans that come in on time and on budget. Great at scenario planning, good with what if’ and plan b’s.
Able to measure results across the channels.

Experience & requirements:

University degree, preferably journalistic/PR/communication with strong academic results
Minimum of 8-10 years of strategic and tactical PR experience incl digital PR, at least 5 in house
Excellent writing skills, with samples to share.
Strong verbal and presentation communications skills – you will be our brand ambassador to the press, so we need you to articulately communicate our vision with each interaction.
Native Russian, Fluent in English (comparable to “9” and above on IELTS score scale)
Advanced PC user
Strong relationships with top-tier consumer/business/tech media contacts
